March 21, 2010

I am getting a lot of people asking about the political rallies in Bangkok and would like to address it here. The rallies are peaceful anti-government rallies and have caused some traffic congestion but that is about it. I have spent the last two weeks in Bangkok while they have been going on with little to no inconvenience. As for coming to the centre it will in no way affect you, as the centre is 2 hours drive from Bangkok. The only item that will be a little different from normal is that we take a different bridge out of the city which adds an extra 10 minutes to the drive.
